The type of personal information we collect
When you use our website (or are in contact with us), CAKE Communications may collect and process the following personal information which includes, but is not limited to:

How we get your personal information and why we collect it
The personal information we process is provided when:

· You completed a contact form on our website.
· You downloaded case studies or other information on our website and completed a form to do so.

Your personal details like name and email address may still be stored in the email tool’s database as ‘unsubscribed’ if you opt out, so that we know to no longer contact you in the future as a previous subscriber.
CAKE Communications will periodically review the data we store and securely dispose of that data if we feel it is no longer necessary to store.
