About me.

Hello, I’m Ceri, founder of Cake Communications Consultancy. At the heart of what I do is a love of storytelling. I enjoy finding new ways to engage with, listen to and empower all employees - whether it’s bringing to life company objectives, giving employees a voice and creating strong brand advocacy or working with senior leaders to identify opportunities to define their personal brand.

A proactive mindset, and the ability to work with all levels of the business means I'm well placed to both work with the business to identify and define a comms strategy, and the creative outlook to deliver engaging content.

I have 19+ years of internal and external communications experience working with a selection of household brands from the world of retail, sports and technology (Caffè Nero, London 2012, Chelsea FC, Capgemini, Serco).
